All items are made to order so no refunds will be granted. If you receive and item that has been damaged during shipping we are happy to replace it with an identical new item.
You may cancel your order within one hour of ordering. If you wish to cancel and your order cancellation message was not sent within one hour your item may already be in fulfillment.
